In addition to standard pricing outlined in the Alternative Payments Order Form, certain actions may carry additional fees. These fees are outlined in the schedule below and are designed to cover situations like returns, disputes, etc. Reviewing the schedule will help you understand when and how these charges might occur.

USD Fees
Credit / Debit Card Rates
- AMEX: 3.5% + $0.30
- VISA / MasterCard / Other: 2.9% + $0.30
- Note: Fees cannot be passed to customers for debit card transactions.
Dispute & Chargeback Fees
- Credit Card Dispute: $25
- ACH Chargeback: $15
- ACH Unauthorized Chargeback: $25
CAD Fees
Credit / Debit Card Rates
- AMEX: 3.5% + $0.30 CAD
- VISA / MasterCard / Other: 2.9% + $0.30 CAD
- Note: Fees cannot be passed to customers for debit card transactions.
- Note: Maximum of 2.4% can be passed to customers for credit card transactions
Dispute & Chargeback Fees
- Credit Card Dispute: $35 CAD
- PAD Chargeback: $20 CAD
- PAD Unauthorized Chargeback: $35 CAD
